How do I order?
Ordering products from our online store is easy. On each product’s page, enter a quantity and click the "Buy now" or "Add to cart" button. To view your cart or checkout, click the "View cart" in the top right hand side of your screen and follow the prompts.

Any alternatives to ordering online?
No. We currently only offer order through our online store.

How can I add to or modify my order?
To modify an order, log into your account and click on "Order History" follow by click on item list (required login). If the Payment Status is "unpaid" you can modify your order by send us a message through "send/view order message" form. If the Shipping Status is "preparing" the order can no longer be modified.

How can I track my international package?
Tracking on international packages is currently only available for orders shipped with SingPost. You will receive an email when your order ships with tracking information. or, you can log into your account at any time and go to "Order history" to check on the status of your order.

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, log into your account and click on "Order History" follow by click on item list (required login). If the Payment Status is "unpaid" you can cancel your order by send us a message through "send/view order message" form. If the Shipping Status is "preparing" the order can no longer be cancelled.

How can I track my domestic package?
If your order is a domestic order, you will receive an email when your order ships with tracking information. (only order above SGD$100 by Ta-Q-Bin). or, you can log into your account at any time and go to "Order history" to check on the status of your order.

Do you charge sales tax?
No. We do not charge sales tax to domestic or international order. International order customer may need to pay for their own Duty / Customs tax. When the product is arrived at their country.

Who should I contact if I have questions relating to my order after I have made a purchase?

What currencies does GreenPal Store support?
We accept following currencies in our payment: Singapore Dollars, Euros Pound and United States Dollars. User can select preferred currency from top right corner of the page.

How do I use a coupon or discount code?
Step- 1 Browse through the listed categories.
Step- 2 Select the product you want to buy and click on 'Buy now' or ’Add to cart’ button.
Step- 3 Go to Shopping cart summary by click the "View cart" in the top right hand side of your screen.
Step- 4 Under the "Use coupon". If there any, please select the Discount Coupon from the drop down menu. If not, please key in the coupon no into the text field and click 'Validate coupon' button.
Step- 5 The Shopping Cart value will be recalculated and the balance value, if any, is to be paid for through the payment option available on our website.

How many discount code a person is entitled to use?
For any special voucher/discount code, each customer only entitled to use once. and, customer is not allow to create multiple account under the same person name, address or etc.
