How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, log into your account and click on "Order History" follow by click on item list (required login). If the Payment Status is "unpaid" you can cancel your order by sending us a message through the "send/view order message" form. If the Shipping Status is "preparing" the order can no longer be cancelled.
